Cardano Shelley Confirmed for Q2

Cardano Shelley has been confirmed in a podcast for Q2. This should be the final deadline. There is only 1 step before then and that is the Shelley Haskell Testnet. That should happen this month or next month and the mainnet should be shortly afterwards.
